I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and have lived here my entire life. I’m proud to be from the South Valley and Westside areas, and my roots in this community continue to shape who I am both personally and professionally.
Outside of my work, I enjoy attending car shows, spending time with my wife, Yarithza, and relaxing with our dog, Penny. Being grounded in family and community is important to me, and it’s something I carry into my practice every day as I work with clients during some of the most important moments in their lives.

Brandon is a dedicated attorney who brings a strong background in litigation and public service to his practice in family law. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he has deep ties to the local community and a genuine commitment to serving its residents.
Brandon earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico. Following graduation, he joined the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where he quickly gained extensive courtroom experience.
During his time with the District Attorney’s Office, Brandon advanced to the Major Crime Division, where he prosecuted serious offenses including firearm-related crimes, vehicular homicides, and other violent crimes. In this role, he conducted multiple jury trials resulting in favorable outcomes, made hundreds of court appearances, and handled high-profile, media-sensitive cases with professionalism and composure.
These experiences have equipped Brandon with strong advocacy skills, sound judgment, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. He now applies these skills for his clients in the area of family law, where he is committed to guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments of their lives with diligence, compassion, and strategic representation.
