Kim is a New Mexico native and graduate of the New Mexico School of Law. She brings over ten years of experience to the practice of divorce and family law, and since 2014 Kim has been recognized as a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, a designation reserved for only a small number of attorneys in New Mexico.
Kim believes that all clients and all cases are unique, and she works hard to bring client-focused solutions to all of her cases. She is admitted to practice in all New Mexico Courts and handles the full range of divorce and family law cases, from mediation through complex litigation.
Since 2007, Kim has been a member of the Advisory Board for the New Mexico Adoption Exchange. She thoroughly enjoys bringing families together through the adoption process and has taught many legal seminars on topics including adoption and assisted reproduction law.
Kim is a qualified mediator and accomplished litigator. She handles cases statewide in the area of divorce, custody, property division, retirement benefits, alimony and spousal support, adoption and all other areas of divorce and family law.
