Devon Aragon Martinez is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she was a frequent member of the Dean’s list and received the CALI award of excellence in Evidence and Trial Practice. She was the Vice President of Community Affairs for the Mexican American Law Student Association; and also served as a Teaching Fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
Ms. Aragon Martinez engages in a statewide divorce and family law practice which includes divorce, child custody and support, paternity, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds. She believes that every case is unique, so she tailors her legal representation to the specific needs of each client and each case. Devon began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Las Cruces, and it was in that role that she developed a high level of trial experienced that she brings to her cases today.
